• Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI projects • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing development team • Provide deep technical leadership in AI technologies • Ensure the highest standards of code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies • Serve as the primary point of contact for all AI project related communications

• Develop and enhance features tailored for enterprise customers, focusing on scalability and usability. • Implement and manage user and role management functionalities to support enterprise-level access control. • Design, create, and maintain open APIs for seamless integration with external systems. • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business users. • Improve record creation and editing capabilities to enhance data management efficiency. • Work on integrating the platform with third-party tools and enterprise software. • Develop AI-driven features to optimize workflows and enhance user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. • Maintain high code quality standards through testing, documentation, and best development practices.

• Provide architectural leadership to the team and our client • Work with an agile team to build, maintain and optimize our client's applications • Mentor fellow developers • Work with DevOps and QA to build a quality-focused CI/CD pipeline • Proficient English and communications skills required • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Collaborate remotely with a globally distributed team. • Write clean web service APIs to support both CLI and web frontend clients, using Python (and optionally Golang). • Design and implement new features and enhancements from spec to production and ongoing operations at scale. • Review code and technical designs produced by other engineers. • Discuss ideas and collaborate on finding good solutions. • Work remotely with global travel for 2 to 4 weeks for internal and external events.
