Quelles seront tes responsabilités? - Engagement client: Aider les clients avec leurs besoins en matière d'assurance habitation et automobile. Répondre aux questions de couverture, offrir des conseils personnalisés et effectuer des ventes ou modifications de police. - Suivi auprès des clients: Contacter de manière proactive les clients afin de nous assurer que nous offrons en permanence une police qui répond le mieux à leurs besoins et à un prix compétitif. - Communication: Communiquer efficacement par téléphone, e-mail et SMS avec nos clients pour établir une relation de confiance. Offrir un service client exceptionnel. - Évaluation des performances: Surveiller les performances personnelles et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens/hebdomadaires/mensuels. - Documentation: Tenir des notes précises des interactions avec les clients et ajouter des activités de suivi dans notre système CRM. - Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe du service à la clientèle et des ventes pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe. While manual testing remains central to the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to influence automation initiatives, refine QA processes, and mentor others on best practices. • Serve as a subject matter expert in automation tools and practices, including Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab) • Architect, develop, and deploy Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions to support scalable and secure environments • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, integrate, and operationalize automation within customer environments • Provide advisory support to help teams mature and optimize automation capabilities • Build, maintain, and support configuration automation and Windows system hardening solutions using Ansible and Ansible Lockdown, including debugging workflows, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements into the codebase • Actively support users by triaging and resolving support tickets, performing root cause analysis on automation issues such as playbook failures, and coordinating or implementing corrective fixes • Solve complex infrastructure and security challenges using modern automation approaches with creativity and precision • Identify and recommend improvements to customer architectures, with a focus on secure and regulated environments
