• Implementation of upstream systems and analysis of business processes • DATEV administration and internal support • Development of custom reports and management accounting analyses for clients • Client communication and project management
Job Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r) or comparable further qualification as an accountant/bookkeeper
- Ideally experience working both in a tax firm and in a company
- Extensive experience with DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, including administration and data transfers
- Good knowledge of various upstream systems that are connected to DATEV
- Business/finance understanding of accounting logic, reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Very good Excel skills for complex data preparation
- Experience with other financial accounting (FiBu) or ERP tools such as Odoo, Business Central, Sage or Diamant is an advantage
- Excellent client communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Solution-oriented, structured and able to work independently, even across parallel projects
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for onboarding new systems and processes
- Very good German skills, good English skills
