Clinical Counsellor, Psychologist
Intellect
• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more • Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
Job Requirements
- 🎓 Ph. D or Psy. D
- 🗂️ :3+ years clinical experience + 500 supervised hours
- 🎖️ Active license to practice in Massachusetts
- 💬 Strong therapeutic foundation + passion for client care
- Expertise: Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- License: Must hold valid and active licenses applicable to the state of practice
- Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
- Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP and/or adult counseling
- Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
