• Attracting and retaining affiliate partners through proactive outreach. • Searching for new partners via industry forums, social media, and conferences. • Tracking and analyzing performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI fulfilment. • Participating in international conferences and industry events. • Conducting competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
  • English level B2 or higher, plus Spanish would be advantageous.
  • An active database of local affiliates is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate traffic quality and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience using affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, Affise, or similar) is a plus.
