Position Purpose: Provide an overview of the responsibilities of the position by providing a summary of the most important aspects and duties of the position. - Defines the ecosystem specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Maintenance or Technical Operations in conjunction with OE, site and functional stakeholders. - Oversees installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operation System at site or supported sits & functions through Gemba, site visits and maturity assessments. - Supports value delivery of the ecosystem interacting with all sites or full functional team from T4 to T1. - Support deployment of Structured Problem-Solving tools as well as Lean and Six Sigma as appropriate. Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Provide hiring requirements for the specified position, including educational, experiential, and competency requirements necessary for the position. Education - Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years’ experience, master’s degree in business administration or technical discipline a plus - Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred, certifications in Lean and Six Sigma a plus.
