Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Provide hiring requirements for the specified position, including educational, experiential, and competency requirements necessary for the position. Education - Bachelor or BS degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years’ experience, master’s degree in business administration or technical discipline a plus - Lean and Six Sigma proficiency preferred, certifications in Lean and Six Sigma a plus.
