• Research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities • Develop grant proposals that align with the NGO's mission and strategic goals • Ensure compliance with funder guidelines and reporting requirements • Manage the grant application process from start to finish, including tracking application deadlines, submitting proposals, and following up with funders

• Plan, draft, edit, and submit approximately 4 written deliverables (LOI, grant proposal, reports, and concept papers) for each client. • Identify new funding prospects aligned to clients’ strategy and produce detailed research summaries. • Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client meetings. • Prepare for and participate in internal team check-ins. • Contribute positively to Elevate’s culture and community through meetings and committees.
