• Prepare and organize the CEO's meetings and travel • Manage the CEO's phone calls and emails • Maintain and update the CEO's calendar • Manage development projects for the CEO • Perform administrative tasks such as handling mail, files, and invoices • Assist the CEO in preparing presentations and reports • Maintain effective communication with the company's various departments
Job Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac +2) in Administrative Management
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an executive assistant
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and initiative-taking
- Proficient with common computer tools, including Google Docs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion and professionalism
