Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Location: New Mexico Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in a remote care environment. You will support clients dealing with relationship strain, family challenges, personal stress, and emotional concerns by providing assessment, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, and clinical follow-up. This is a full-time role for a therapist who values clear structure, strong clinical care, and consistent client engagement. Responsibilities - Deliver scheduled telehealth therapy sessions throughout the workweek - Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional health concerns - Perform intake assessments and establish treatment priorities - Create goal-focused treatment plans and review progress regularly - Keep accurate and organized documentation in line with compliance standards
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Active LMFT license in New Mexico
- Experience providing therapy to couples and families
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
