Job Description

Strategic Programs Manager

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

• Lead and manage a diverse pricing team for strategic initiatives and install base pricing. • Influence and implement initiatives to support business objectives and margin optimisation. • Drive the expansion of install base pricing methodologies. • Partner with product managers and business unit leaders to drive offer and business model standards. • Ensure alignment and strategic differentiation across capex and as a service business models to maximize margins • Ensure alignment and strategic differentiation between capex and as-a-service models. • Maintain consistency of pricing across quoting paths and resolve arbitrage issues. • Enhance CPQ tool functionality and process velocity

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or technical/ advanced university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of strategic pricing and/or financial analysis experience is required
  • Previous experience within transformation and /or change management
  • Previous leadership or management experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen.
  • Previous experience with program management is highly preferred
