• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers: mentorship, technical guidance, troubleshooting (Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, file systems, virtualization) • Maintain and monitor hybrid infrastructure (servers, Linux/Windows, Kubernetes, AWS, storage, backups, VMware) • Automate processes with Ansible, Terraform; manage system configurations • Handle tickets in a 24/5 environment, participate in Scrum ceremonies • Support Windows-to-Linux migration, create documentation, and contribute to infrastructure projects

• Improve page load times, server response, and prevent outages. • Configuration, support, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Linux server administration (configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization). • Management and optimization of Nginx for high performance. • Monitoring and troubleshooting using Zabbix or similar tools. • Infrastructure management on Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud platforms. • Configuration and optimization of Cloudflare (CDN, caching, performance, and DNS). • Automation of processes and infrastructure to reduce manual intervention. • Continuous performance improvement (load times, response, and stability).

• Build the automation tools that ensure our internal and external customers receive resources quickly and efficiently while making our team’s lives easier • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver a high quality product to our customers that meets all of their needs • Aim for at least 99.9% uptime across all of our managed customers • Work on several major projects including automating parts of our infrastructure, creating new monitors and alerts, creating new tooling for both team consumption and company consumption, etc. • Take ownership of Lucidworks’ company-wide cloud-first initiative by making the onboarding process for new customers as smooth as possible for them • Engage with team members in a fast-paced, Agile environment • Collaborate effectively with international development teams • Uphold the core values, policies, and procedures of Lucidworks • Maintain a consistent work schedule, including a 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM shift and availability to work at least one weekend day per week and an on-call schedule.

• Lead architectural design and drive technology strategy • Partner with Strategic Principal to create SOWs, working closely with the C-suite, Liatrio delivery leadership, and client stakeholders to advise, drive, and evolve the enterprise architecture and POVs in one or more technical domains • Delivery strategy - Working closely with leadership, Liatrio team members and the client, contribute to and evolve the overall strategy for the DevOps technical engagement • Trusted advisor - Guide clients on technical and engineering methodological best practices, provide broad technical influence, share industry insight, anticipate industry changes, advocate for DevOps cultural and be a transformational consultant (remove political, financial, mental, social impediments) • Client relationship - Accountable for an account to build, grow, and maintain Liatrio relationships with the CTO/CIO/Chief Architect, executive, and key customer stakeholders • Set and drive technical roadmaps - Architect enterprise solutions, reduce technical debt, balancing constraints to achieve strategic goals, provide oversight for workstreams solving complex engineering challenges, and guide and collaborate with both Liatrio and client architects and engineers • Oversight and accountability - Anticipate objectives and conflicting points of view; reduce complexity and clarify the most important technical work for clients and Liatrio
