Job Requirements
- Experience providing end-user support
- High proficiency with Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Apple macOS
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune
- IMAC process (Install, Move, Add, Change)
- IT asset management (desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals)
- ITIL and Agile processes (exposure to SLAs and ticketing systems)
- Network troubleshooting and understanding of TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and the Office 365 environment
- Antivirus troubleshooting (familiarity with Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architectures)
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting across multiple vendors (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.)
- Software deployment via SCCM
- Manual software installation and troubleshooting
- Task handling and prioritization
- End-user experience

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist Tier 2 to solve technical issues, diagnose complex software and system problems, and ensure timely resolution of incidents!
