eLearning Content Creator, Instructional Designer

• Collaborate closely with educational planning and other team members to develop unit plans and engaging lessons. • Plan and develop original content for courses, such as written lessons and video lectures. • Design and draft original materials to assess student progression from easy to mastery, especially quizzes and assignments. • Review developed material from other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
Job Requirements
- Relevant degree, MA or PhD or practical experience in one of our subjects or as an instructional designer.
- Preferably you have experience in creating engaging elearning courses and/or teaching.
- Comfortable explaining complex concepts to a non-knowledgeable audience.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Google docs, Google slides, and Google sheets) and willing to learn how to use our online platform.
- Self-motivated, share our vision of equal access to education, keep to deadlines, and are ready to attend online meetings.
- Team player: communicate effectively about your progress and understand that we need the help of everyone to succeed.
