• Own the clinical education and practitioner enablement strategy for treatment planning (supplements, lifestyle, protocols) • Translate emerging clinical research into clear, actionable insights for practitioners • Build scalable education frameworks that support practitioner decision-making and prescribing behavior • Design and deliver practitioner education programs, including courses, learning pathways, and clinical resources • Develop ingredient education tools, protocols, and clinical reference materials • Create structured education experiences for practitioners at different stages of their journey • Identify gaps in practitioner workflows, adoption, and prescribing behavior • Develop strategies to improve engagement, confidence, and clinical outcomes through education • Partner with Enterprise teams to support practitioner enablement through training and consultations • Collaborate with Product teams to shape education experiences and practitioner workflows (including Academy) • Partner with Merchandising to inform catalog strategy and product positioning • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Commercial teams to align education with growth initiatives • Analyze practitioner behavior and prescribing trends to inform education and product strategy • Translate clinical evidence and vendor research into practitioner-relevant insights • Help define how education supports product adoption, differentiation, and business impact
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of clinical experience (MD, PharmD, or similar)
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (e.g., digital health, SaaS, or healthcare innovation)
- Proven ability to translate complex clinical science into practical, usable frameworks
- Experience building or scaling clinical education programs, practitioner training, or enablement systems
- Strong understanding of supplements, integrative medicine, or functional care approaches
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to engage both clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Experience collaborating across product, commercial, and clinical teams
