Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, Contract (20 hours/week) to support hiring across a targeted set of roles spanning Engineering, Design, and Product. This role is focused on full-cycle recruiting execution, with responsibility for running searches from intake through close in partnership with hiring managers and a recruiting coordinator. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple roles, and delivering consistent progress across active searches.   Job & Team Impact In this role, you will help ensure that priority hires are made efficiently by driving day-to-day recruiting execution. This includes building and managing pipelines, keeping candidates engaged, and maintaining momentum across interview processes. You will play a key role in helping the team stay organized and responsive—surfacing insights from the market, identifying gaps in pipelines, and ensuring hiring teams are able to make timely decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across a mix of technical, product, and/or creative roles
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with hiring managers, influencing role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions
  • Proven success in closing candidates in competitive markets, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating offer negotiations
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean environment, managing multiple searches and driving consistent progress with minimal oversight
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-quality pipelines across multiple functions
  • Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring strategy and improve outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
