Experience working with service-based CRM systems (Copilot/HomeWorks, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar) is a plus. We work primarily with residential homeowners and use Copilot (now HomeWorks) CRM to manage customer communication and scheduling. This role involves consistent phone communication throughout the day and is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers regularly. Role Overview PIC Canada, a Genus Company, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of PIC customers by delivering exceptional service, executing accurate account updates, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled with efficiency and care. A key requirement for this position is being bilingual in English and French, as you will regularly support and communicate with customers and internal partners across multiple regions. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams—working closely with Account Managers, Finance, Health Assurance, Production, Inventory Management, Transport, and Scheduling to ensure a seamless customer experience.
