Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience, working directly with product management and hardware/firmware/software engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex (many stakeholders) schedules on time, on-budget, and with high quality.
  • Strong technical background with experience in facilitating discussions & contributing to design decisions surrounding mobile applications, cloud services and machine learning.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence teams without authority, effectively manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional "backbone" in executive-level discussions; able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and voice unpopular truths when data-driven while maintaining a calm, objective perspective.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in micromobility, bicycle, or automotive industries.
  • Experience building or operating systems across multiple geographies, with region-specific constraints and requirements.
  • Experience working on logistics, fleet management, or operationally complex systems involving real-world assets.
  • Experience working on systems that support real-time decision-making, optimization, or machine learning-driven workflows.
