Job Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels, actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and growing community interaction.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficient with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content.
