The Stem

• Digital Transformation & Customer Engagement Excellence consultants are responsible for planning and executing aspects of a customer engagement transformation within Pharmaceutical and Bio-technology companies. • Benchmarking current Omni-channel capabilities • Formulating transformation visions • Advising global-to-local governance models for transformation • Defining excellence projects • Implementing customer engagement excellence projects, including process definition, standards & guidelines • Developing and delivering training programs • Serving as interim staff

Job Requirements

  • Established an independent consulting practice
  • Proven experience in a Lead Strategist or Digital Excellence role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company
  • Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
  • Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
  • Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
  • Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
