Our technicians & electricians work on nationwide deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale rollouts for some of the world’s largest brands, gaining exposure to the latest networking technologies and installation practices. This role is dispatched from home, meaning you can live anywhere within the region and travel directly to project sites. Reporting directly to our Field Services Manager of the region, this role will require travel to any US state as needed. Responsibilities: - Strict adherence to safety standards and ensure everyone goes home. - Designing, installation, dressing, termination, & labeling of structured cabling (both fiber & UTP copper cabling) networks in retail, commercial, & industrial settings to meet BICSI standards. - Network & device configurations with the ability to troubleshoot and remedy connectivity issues. - Verification and Certification of structured cabling network and ensure the accuracy of cable testing, documentation, and storage. - Experience with MAC (Move, Add, Change) type projects in retail, commercial, & industrial settings. - Manage and accurately log time, expenses, material, & field resources throughout project lifecycles. - Manage work orders, signoff deliverables, daily log / journal, and other project documentation, sometimes directly to customers, project management & leadership teams. - Management and maintenance of company assets & vehicle (if assigned). Requirements & Qualifications: - Must demonstrate the highest standards of ethics and integrity. - Must understand and demonstrate a safety mindset in all settings. - Must have the ability to travel, often extensively and sometimes with little notice to anywhere in the United States for several weeks at a time. - Flexibility to work the hours of the traditional second and third shifts. - Strong client / people relationship skills - Must have at least one year of experience and an aptitude for technology and working with your hands. - Three years industry experience is strongly preferred. - BISCI or other industry certifications are strongly preferred. - Phone, mobile application & PC proficiency required (Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred). - Ability to read and understand prints and schematics related to installation SOWs. - Must have a valid driver’s license & be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). - Meet company standards for pre-employment background checks and drug screening. - Typical physical demands include frequent work on lifts, ladders, and possibly rooftops and other harder-to-access areas. - Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with employees and / or clients; manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of objects (typically up to 50 lbs.), and operating power tools. - Must have industry-standard hand tools. - Above all, our employees maintain a strong safety mindset and take pride in leaving every installation clean, organized, and professionally executed. • Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities with the external vendor implementing the Data Warehouse solution. • Participate in designing data architecture, models, and integration processes using Microsoft Fabric components. • Oversee ETL/ELT processes and data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data consistency and quality. • Ensure proper integration between source systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, Contact Center systems) and the Data Warehouse. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements. • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed. • Document data mappings, lineage, and architecture diagrams. • Manage and optimize performance, monitoring, and capacity planning post go-live. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower internal data and analytics teams. • Act as the organization’s subject matter expert for Data Warehousing and Microsoft Fabric platform operations.

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data from diverse sources into data warehouses/data lakes. • Infrastructure and Databases: Design and implement scalable databases (relational and NoSQL), ensuring security, performance, and data integrity. • Big Data and Distributed Processing: Manage large volumes of data using distributed processing tools, essential for organizations with high data volumes. • Cloud Computing and Automation: Implement cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automate workflows (IaC/DevOps). • Collaboration and Structuring: Work with analytics teams to understand business needs, ensuring data is prepared for dashboards and AI models.
