Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience as a team lead or similar role
  • Proven track record of successful results-oriented revenue cycle management
  • Underpayment/ZBA or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of EMR’s and provider operating systems
  • Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deal with the complexities related to escalation impact, resolution timeframes and conflicting or competing priorities.
  • An analytical and results focused mindset with a creative can-do attitude.
  • MS Office skills
  • Advanced communication skills with multiple levels throughout a healthcare organization
