Senior Full Stack Engineer, React.js, Node.js
LatamCent
• Deliver multiple high-impact features that improve customer workflows. • Ship reliable, maintainable code in TypeScript, React, and Node.js with full test coverage. • Improve platform performance and scalability by at least 20%. • Lead technical decisions for new integrations and API enhancements. • Mentor junior engineers, raising team code quality and velocity. • Develop, maintain, and enhance our web application and platform integrations. • Build and optimize RESTful APIs for cross-system integration. • Collaborate with founders on product design, architecture, and roadmap. • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across all systems. • Implement secure, scalable infrastructure using Google Cloud services. • Conduct code reviews and support junior engineers growth.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong API development and deployment experience
- Skilled with SQL and NoSQL databases (BigQuery, Firestore preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience in early-stage startups or SaaS platforms
- Strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience using AI tools to boost engineering productivity
- English: C1 or C2 level for daily communication with U.S.-based team
- Able to work at least 6 hours overlap with PST (9 AM - 3 PM)
