• Own the HR–IT application landscape end-to-end, including SaaS platforms and custom solutions • Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing short-term improvements with long-term strategy • Lead the evaluation and redesign of the current HR systems landscape • Ensure best practices in security, compliance, governance, and documentation • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions • Work closely with architecture and security teams to future-proof the platform • Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal teams • Act as an Agile facilitator for the team, prioritizing backlog and supporting delivery • Track progress, risks, and value delivery, reporting to senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead within IT environments
- Strong experience working with complex system landscapes (SaaS + custom-built solutions + integrations)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both business and technical domains
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to challenge existing setups and drive change in a constructive way
- Delivery-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Nice-to-have skills: Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms)
- Understanding of HR processes and people operations
- Experience with IT governance, compliance, and security in enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI or automation in HR-related processes.

• Own the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) roadmap, backlog, and delivery cycles across the organization, international markets, and partners. • Lead schema planning and evolution in collaboration with Data & Analytics and downstream marketing activation teams. • Define and manage scalable segment strategies to support personalization, measurement, and campaign activation. • Ensure effective enablement and rollout of international AEP sandboxes and localization support for schema and segmentation. • Partner with Marketing Ops, Customer Journey teams, and partners to translate business requirements into platform use cases. • Collaborate with AJO and CJA product managers to ensure audience readiness and platform alignment across the stack. • Work with Data Engineering to ensure proper data ingestion, data quality, and identity stitching within AEP. • Define governance models for segment naming, consent tracking, and sandbox management. • Facilitate user feedback loops, and documentation for both business and technical stakeholders. • Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and help drive adoption across business units and international markets.
