Marketing Specialist, Content and Organic Marketing

• Spearhead content and organic marketing efforts for Jebwa in the fashion industry • Collaborate with internal and external partners on planning, scoping and execution of organic social campaigns across platforms • Responsible for daily content publishing across all active organic channels, supporting Customer Care with community management • Support sourcing of UGC content for marketing channels including social, site, and email • Deliver monthly social reporting dashboards and campaign recaps including performance metrics, trends, competitive landscape and opportunities • Maintain knowledge of tools and practices, monitoring competitors and other social media leaders • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies • Lead ideation, strategy and promotion of content assets for outreach (blog posts, videos, contests, etc.) • Monitor and report on campaign goals and draft summary performance reports • Present to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics and progress to goals

• Work with key social media platforms primarily Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok • Creating, implementing, launching, testing and optimizing paid social campaigns and strategies on a daily basis • Working closely and collaboratively with internal creative, brand and technology teams to develop and execute integrated creative ideas, plans and strategies • Partnering with external media agencies • Developing and owning goals and performance metrics for your campaigns; monitoring regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement • Presenting to senior leadership regularly on key business metrics, and progress to goals • Partner with Product and Technology teams to develop deep analytics and tracking capabilities to read performance, optimize and achieve pre-determined targets in CPA and ROI
