Job Description

Proposal Analyst III

The Standard

• Plan, organize, and manage several request for proposals (RFPs) of varying complexity, priority, and risk • Lead and project manage the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Utilize strong project leadership and relationship skills to pull in the correct information and subject matter expertise for RFP questions • Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred but additional experience in lieu of degree may substitute
  • At least 6 years of experience working in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side of the business
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts
  • At least 2 years of stakeholder management experience with a preference given to those who have provided support to sales teams
