Account Manager
Livestorm
• Build relationships with Livestorm's customers to ensure revenue growth and customer retention • Collaborate closely with our CSM Team to manage your customer portfolio and understand their KPIs and challenges • Nurture and expand existing accounts • Develop strategic territory plans • Generate, maintain, and convert pipeline • Grow business through disciplined commercial execution • Develop and maintain positive relationships with top decision-makers at the C-level • Coordinate cross-functional teams to secure multi-year strategic agreements • Meet core KPIs related to pipeline coverage progression, forecasting, meetings, and general activity • Leverage partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth • Meet and exceed sales quotas
Job Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and Sales
- High-performance mentality with a consistent track record of overachievement
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven track record of engaging in value-based, customer-centric conversations and leading a defined enterprise sales process
- Demonstrated success identifying and executing upsell opportunities within existing deals
- Organized, rigorous, and adaptable to an ever-evolving process and team
- Strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with customers
- Strong business acumen and comfort presenting to senior-level executives
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and demonstrate new technology quickly
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
