• Monitor clinical quality through evaluation of completed clinical visits against approved clinical guidelines • Participate in ongoing quality improvement processes (i.e., reconsideration flow) • Demonstrate expertise in correlating data trends to implementation of clinical practice behaviors • Collaborate with key internal clinical and business operations team members for strategic direction and operational logistics of new clinical initiatives • Maintain consistent communication with key internal stakeholders • Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on all quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives • Perform research and documentation for service expansions • Other duties as needed

• Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining IT applications within the Virtua Health System • Assistance with the optimization of the application through development of new functionality • Testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades • Fixing system defects • Provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, and develop logical data models using best practices for build and configuration, maintenance, and data integrity • Ability to understand and manage IT integrations • Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols • Create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications • Develop, plan and execute testing for supported applications • Knowledge and adherence to cybersecurity and HIPAA policies and practices

• Review security-related events via cases and assess their risk and validity based on available telemetry from network, endpoint, and global threat intelligence information to provide customers with concise, detailed, and well-written incident reports, root causes identification, and remediation recommendations • Provide customers with understandable context around their security environment and threats • Interface with customers to address their issues, concerns, and questions, and drive to satisfactory closure any issues that impact the service and its value • Work with customer and internal Sophos incident response teams to resolve ongoing intrusions, malware outbreaks, and other security incidents • Use the Sophos platform to proactivity hunt for and investigate activity within the customer environment • Review security-related events via investigations and assess their risk and validity based on available telemetry from network, endpoint, and global threat intelligence information to provide customers with concise, detailed, and well-written incident reports, root causes identification, and remediation recommendations • Provide customers with understandable context around their security environment and threats • Interface with customers to address their issues, concerns, and questions, and drive to satisfactory closure any issues that impact the service and its value • Work with customer and internal Sophos incident response teams to resolve ongoing intrusions, malware outbreaks, and other security incidents

SUMMARY Our Privacy Analyst position is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious privacy professional to join a global, rapidly growing B2B cybersecurity company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of privacy, data protection, and emerging AI governance, with a focus on risk management. You will work closely with members of the global Data Protection & AI team and partner cross-functionally to assess and mitigate privacy and AI-related risks across Wiz’s ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Support Wiz’s enterprise privacy and AI risk management program, including risk evaluation, classification, and implementation of mitigation strategies - Perform data protection and AI regulatory risk assessments across Wiz’s ecosystem, including third-party vendors, internal systems, and product-related use cases. - Assist in refining and evolving Wiz's third-party risk management framework and procedures in alignment with the company's growth and business needs. - Build a strong, collaborative cross-functional partnership with internal stakeholders across the organization. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or AI risk management programs. - Previous experience in B2B SaaS / technology company / cybersecurity - a strong plus - Familiarity with global data protection and AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and best practices and how these are expected to be implemented within technology organizations. - General Familiarity with risk management/compliance frameworks and industry practices such as ISO and SOC 2 standards. - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate risk findings into actionable recommendations. - Practical mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate well with technical and non-technical teams alike. - Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment, both independently, and collaboratively within a team environment. - Ability to multitask and understand legal and data related risks in varying use cases.
