• Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable VPN solutions including, Site-to-site, Remote Access, and SDWAN VPN technologies. Position requires a strong understanding of systems, integrations, and interactions between disparate systems at the enterprise level • Troubleshoot and resolve complex VPN-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and security problems • Monitor and analyze VPN traffic patterns and security logs for potential threats and anomalies • Design and plan the future of secure connectivity at Caesars Entertainment, including the adoption of SSE/SASE • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., threat intelligence, incident response) to investigate and mitigate security incidents • Assisting with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the team • Research and evaluate new technologies and security solutions to enhance the company’s network infrastructure. • Test and implement new security tools and technologies to address evolving threats. • Analyze technology alternatives against business requirements to select products best meeting Caesars Entertainment needs, considering all relevant factors • Participate in long-term strategic planning linking the overall architecture to Caesars Entertainment vision • Enhance the relationship between Cybersecurity Infrastructure and other IT groups by demonstrating superior management of commitments and customer service. • Work with others closely to ensure the effective development, implementation and ongoing operability of cross-platform applications • Establish and document related standards and procedures required to maintain an effective corporate computing environment • Enhance security practices, standards and procedures to ensure that critical company assets, including data, are secured • Participate in rotating on-call 7 X 24 last-level support and perform off-hours changes as needed

• Perform security assessments on web, mobile, thick client applications, and browser extensions • Conduct external and internal network penetration tests • Perform security source code reviews • Perform cloud security reviews • Develop comprehensive pentest reports for both technical and non-technical audiences • Research and develop innovative techniques, tools, and methodologies for pentesting applications in the blockchain space • Contribute to the community by developing tools, presentations, and blog posts

• Develop analysis tools to facilitate security discovery and design mitigation techniques to deter security threats • Review system implementation of sandbox, VM, network modules, and critical distributed system • Perform vulnerability discovery and develop PoC exploits to large distributed system implementations • Publish research findings in related academic and industry venues

• Design, deploy, and configure SIEM solutions, including Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Wazuh, QRadar, Splunk & Microsoft Sentinel. • Integrate various log sources (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, network devices, applications),/OT/IOT into the SIEM platform. • Develop and fine-tune correlation rules, dashboards, and alerts for proactive threat detection. • Perform system upgrades, patches, and manage the overall health of the SIEM environment. • Ensure proper log ingestion from multiple data sources, including Elasticsearch and Kibana, and troubleshoot any logging issues. • Maintain data retention policies, manage storage, and optimize SIEM performance. • Monitor and analyze system and security logs for anomalies, potential threats, or suspicious activities. • Configure and maintain Elasticsearch clusters for log storage and search functionality. • Utilize Kibana to create custom dashboards, visualizations, and reports for security monitoring. • Work with Logstash or other log shippers for effective data parsing and enrichment before SIEM ingestion.
