Workforce Manager

• Develop and implement workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels. • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence. • Collaborate with other departments to align workforce planning with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management in a BPO environment or similar set-up.
  • Candidates must be from the Philippines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience with workforce management software preferred.
  • Technical Requirements: Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Laptop or desktop with a decent processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
