Account Manager
PrimeSync
• Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our services. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional services and solutions. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. • Monitor key account metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to enhance performance. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Account Management, specifically within BPO sales.
- Candidate must be from the Philippines.
- Strong background in onboarding clients, demonstrating the ability to streamline processes effectively.
- In-depth understanding of the BPO industry, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
