• Prospecting, building pipeline, and selling Coupa's cloud-based spend management solutions. • Taking ownership of your territory, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving new business results. • Engaging with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels, identifying pain points and decision-makers to develop comprehensive account development plans. • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, providing proactive thought leadership and addressing prospect concerns and objections. • Collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Coupa partners to create joint vision roadmaps, demonstrating the value Coupa will deliver.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of strong and demonstrable experience in software sales and selling to mid-market customers.
- Executive presence, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing deals.
- Proven track record of proactively hunting new business opportunities.
- Experience selling business value to Finance and Business customers, focusing on ROI and TCO models rather than product features.

• Work closely with the SDR & Marketing teams to follow up on Sales Qualified Leads • Prospect new accounts by making first contact via email and call outreach • Lead discovery conversations with customers to identify pain points • Work with Sales Engineering to provide demos of products • Secure and lead in-depth face-to-face and online video meetings with prospects • Increase sales velocity using Gap Selling and MEDDPICC methodologies • Close deals in a timely manner • Manage software trials with prospective clients • Raise the company and business profile by representing Corsearch at industry events • Keep up to date with industry developments
• Own the deal lifecycle across a defined portfolio of capital markets clients and prospects, from initial engagement and opportunity identification through pricing negotiation and contract finalization. • Develop and execute strategies aligned with Onit’s go-to-market goals for private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment banks, and private credit firms. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities by researching target firms, identifying key decision makers (General Counsel, COO, CFO, Deal Teams), and driving tailored outreach that aligns Onit’s solutions with firm priorities. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s investment operations, legal workflows, and portfolio dynamics to recommend solutions that deliver measurable ROI and operational efficiency. • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinating resources across Product Management, Professional Services, and Legal to structure winning proposals and close multi-stakeholder deals. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing to develop case studies, customer testimonials, and thought leadership relevant to the capital markets vertical. • Proactively maintain accurate records in Salesforce (contacts, pipeline, forecasts, and activity logs). • Represent Onit at key industry events (e.g., ILTA, PEI, and legal operations forums) to promote brand visibility, network with senior executives, and source new relationships.
