• Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives. • Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners. • Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results. • Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders. • Leverage various multimedia approaches and authoring tools to create interactive online learning experiences. • Create and update curriculum to be delivered in multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training. • Ensure course materials meet quality standards and align with writing and style guidelines. • Effectively own content development projects and collaborate with SMEs, curriculum managers and other internal stakeholders, as well as ILT content delivery teams.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of curriculum management, learning experience, and/or instructional design experience in a corporate training environment. SaaS experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in adult learning, organizational development, or professional training programs.
  • BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or another relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design process, knowledge transfer methods, curriculum, and taxonomy.
  • Experience with a variety of applications (Microsoft Office) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information and convert it into easily understandable and engaging learning content.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of ownership and the ability to successfully execute on deliverables.
  • Excellent internal relationship-building skills and ability to drive effective communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities.
  • Outstanding writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.

UDRI is seeking a CAD/CAM Programming trainer to assist the Air Force Metal Fabrication and Technologies Office (AFMFTO) with their support of Air Force fabrication shops worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Mastercam programmer to provide technical training in both CNC programming and CNC machine tool operations, onsite at Air Force locations both stateside and overseas. The selected candidate will remote interface with Engineers (USAF hardware owners and ATTC) to provide guidance/advice on design for manufacturability, equipment and part set up, and machining. Provide guidance/advice for part processing and post processing. The candidate will also provide call-in support from Air Force metals shops for Mastercam, SolidWorks, and Haas machine troubleshooting as required. Minimum Qualifications: P2 Minimum Qualifications: ▪ BA degree. ▪ Minimum of 3 years’ experience with machining. Setup and operation of 2, 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machines (i.e. Lathe, Mill, Wire EDM), including at-machine program edits. ▪ Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Mastercam programming of 2, 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machines (i.e. Lathe, Mill, Wire EDM). ▪ Minimum of 3 years’ experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD software to model and reverse engineering obsolete parts. ▪ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interacting with design and manufacturing engineers and other technical personnel, providing guidance around design for manufacturability. ▪ Prior experience training or mentoring others in Mastercam programming and CNC machine tool operations. ▪ Ability to read technical drawings. ▪ Possess an understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) ▪ Experience using precision measurement equipment, such as outside micrometers, Vernier calipers, dial indicators, optical comparators, etc. ▪ Self-starter with ability to operate with minimal supervision. ▪ Effective verbal communication skills with team members at all levels ▪ Organizational skills ▪ Able to lift fifty (50) pounds. ▪ Able to travel (25-50%) of time.
