• Cooperate with business partners to identify key metrics and enhance critical business processes. • Design business-relevant reports and dashboards. • Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI and maintain existing ones.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with Power BI development.
- Good understanding of DAX language.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2012+, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS is a plus.
- Understanding of database warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Jira, Git are a plus.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights, identify trends and anomalies, and explain performance drivers using structured analytical methods • Design, maintain, and continuously improve workflows and business processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability • Build, own, and maintain automated Power BI reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including operational scorecards, forecasting views, and overall program performance reporting • Develop automated and reliable data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, validating, and combining data from multiple source systems using Power Query and related tools • Support recurring and ad‑hoc data collection and validation efforts to enable internal analysis, audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking
