• Als safety consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op het gebied van machineveiligheid. • Je begeleidt hen door het volledige traject om tot een veilige machine of werkomgeving te komen. • Het uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen bij de klant op locatie; • Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van veiligheidsconcepten; • Het begeleiden van het CE-markeringstraject; • Klanten adviseren over veilige machines en installaties; • Het bieden van advies over veiligheidssystemen in diverse sectoren; • Het voorbereiden en geven van trainingen aan zowel klanten als medewerkers, in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.

• Lead the execution and implementation of project plans. • Conduct on-site client interactions to assess business needs and provide expert consultation. • Develop and deliver documentation and reports for customers. • Provide end-user training on CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). • Analyze and recommend solutions for complex, tactical-level problems. • Perform business process analysis and modeling for manufacturing processes. • Develop test plans and execute system testing. • Provide internal and external status reporting on project progress.

• Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex, global IT transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level • Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics) • Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales activities, including the creation of proposals, preparation and facilitation of sales presentations and contract negotiations, with a first rate client network • Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and leading the development of new firm-wide solutions • Design, develop and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to help support clients’ change programmes • Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities • Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements • Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice • Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and new tool development

• Working on large scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing. • As an Organizational Change Manager, you are an integral part of a larger project teams, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience • Bring in your change expertise to our clients and guide their stakeholders on the change journey. • You will develop and implement change strategies & plans, conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, plan and execute communications and organize training programs • Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets • Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation
