• Working on large scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing. • As an Organizational Change Manager, you are an integral part of a larger project teams, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience • Bring in your change expertise to our clients and guide their stakeholders on the change journey. • You will develop and implement change strategies & plans, conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, plan and execute communications and organize training programs • Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets • Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation
