Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
- Proactive, self-motivated 'yes, we can' attitude
- Excellent communication and strong commercial acumen
- Passionate, driven, and motivated to achieve success
- Language skills: German C1, English C1, Italian C2 or native proficiency being a significant asset
- Quick learner with a strong desire to expand knowledge in the clean-tech industry
- Meticulous attention to detail, capable of connecting intricate specifics to the broader vision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ideally have knowledge of CRM systems
- An understanding of the solar industry is a valuable advantage

• Handling a high volume of user support requests via email, phone, and social media • The first point of contact for both Promenade customers and partners • Triaging incoming support issues, accurately diagnosing them, and escalating bugs to the engineering team • Acting as an advocate for Promenade users and providing them with outstanding service while resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner • Identifying trends and inefficiencies to enhance the support process and improve the user experience • A product evangelist!
