• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving conversations to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into system solutions. • Collaborate with internal team members to design a solution that meets requirements. • Act as liaison between customer and technical teams to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation. • Configure Salesforce Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet approved designs. • Work with development team to perform testing of end-to-end solutions. • Make recommendations to improve efficiency through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures. • Provide technical leadership to teams, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance. • Create training materials and conduct end-user training. • Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities.
Job Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience implementing and/or configuring Salesforce RCA
- Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Deep understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, and payment processing
- Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design, and implementation
- Experience in data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reports
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with enterprise level clients
- Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously

• Maintains and grows existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. • Creates sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments. • Develops relationships with and completes sales with assigned regional and national customer bases. • Converts non-customers into customers. • Create detailed market segmentation plans and prioritize accounts based on strategic value, potential revenue, and alignment with company goals. • Establish competitive positioning strategies to differentiate offerings in key markets. • Maintains contact with existing regional and national decision makers to ensure their specifications remain with Franklin Electric. • Coordinates and attends regional tradeshows, state and regional shows, and territory seminars. • Participates in pricing negotiations and purchasing contracts. • Develops short-term and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives. • Contracts with independent representatives to achieve sales goals, as necessary. • Works with product teams to develop products that will grow sales and profitability.
