• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving conversations to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into system solutions. • Collaborate with internal team members to design a solution that meets requirements. • Act as liaison between customer and technical teams to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation. • Configure Salesforce Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet approved designs. • Work with development team to perform testing of end-to-end solutions. • Make recommendations to improve efficiency through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures. • Provide technical leadership to teams, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance. • Create training materials and conduct end-user training. • Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities.

Job Requirements

  • Must have hands-on experience implementing and/or configuring Salesforce RCA
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
  • Deep understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, and payment processing
  • Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design, and implementation
  • Experience in data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reports
  • Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with enterprise level clients
  • Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
