Engineering Team Lead
Field Materials
• Join at the ground level an industry transforming company. • Manage a team of 4-10 engineers, writing and reviewing code. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams across the company.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering management experience, with 4+ years as a full stack software engineer.
- Ability to prototype solutions and provide constructive code feedback
- Prior experience coaching and bringing the best out of a senior technical team.
- Ability to attract, hire, and coach world-class engineers.
- Strong and effective communication skills to convey complex ideas in a simple manner.
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with distributed systems and React
- Experience with Go is a plus
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus
