• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership and business unit leaders. • Partner with commercial, operational, and product teams to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making. • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance and strategic opportunities. • Prepare high-quality board and investor reporting packages, including financial performance analysis, key metrics, and strategic insights. • Champion the use of AI, advanced analytics, and automation within finance and across the enterprise.
Job Requirements
- Minimum required: 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience in strategic finance, analytics, or business partnering roles.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, business analytics, and performance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred: MBA and/or CPA
- Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner to operational leaders.
- Experience leveraging data analytics, automation, or AI tools to improve finance insights and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely close of US GAAP financial statements. • Responsible for oversight of general accounting activities including revenue recognition, invoicing, billing & accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, and other general ledger activities. • Oversee data preparation and strategy around annual income tax returns, R&D tax credits, and other requests with 3rd party tax advisors. • Drive the annual budgeting and planning process: collaborate across all departments and create alignment on resource and investment allocation with clear plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. • Assist with preparation and continued improvement and automation of monthly KPIs, SAAS metrics and financial reporting packages, board presentations, and external reporting packages for investors. • Analyze revenues and expenses monthly and perform variance analysis to ensure they are recorded accurately monthly and identify any unusual monthly trends. • Constantly assess the broader organization to find ways to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and ultimately customer experience and retention. • Build relationships with management team and ensure key financial metrics and goals are being developed collaboratively, communicated regularly, and build a process to ensure the teams are holding themselves accountable to them.
• Monitor financial status by comparing datasets with projections • Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data: develop deep, actionable insights to drive business performance by monitoring variances and identifying trends • Develop forecast models based on comparative performance metrics and implement improvements as the business grows • Develop business cases to support pricing decisions and create innovative strategies for cost reduction • Establish and guide restructured cost analysis using fresh policies and procedures • Work directly with VP of finance on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting • Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue, and compare and correct data to reconcile transactions • Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide managers with insights into risks and opportunities • Coordinate requirements for efficient, automated accounting to increase productivity and ensure verified backups • Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and thorough internal analysis of financial data • Strive to advance personal skill set through networking, workshops, and other educational opportunities
