• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely close of US GAAP financial statements. • Responsible for oversight of general accounting activities including revenue recognition, invoicing, billing & accounts receivable, accounts payable, accruals, and other general ledger activities. • Oversee data preparation and strategy around annual income tax returns, R&D tax credits, and other requests with 3rd party tax advisors. • Drive the annual budgeting and planning process: collaborate across all departments and create alignment on resource and investment allocation with clear plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. • Assist with preparation and continued improvement and automation of monthly KPIs, SAAS metrics and financial reporting packages, board presentations, and external reporting packages for investors. • Analyze revenues and expenses monthly and perform variance analysis to ensure they are recorded accurately monthly and identify any unusual monthly trends. • Constantly assess the broader organization to find ways to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and ultimately customer experience and retention. • Build relationships with management team and ensure key financial metrics and goals are being developed collaboratively, communicated regularly, and build a process to ensure the teams are holding themselves accountable to them.

• Monitor financial status by comparing datasets with projections • Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data: develop deep, actionable insights to drive business performance by monitoring variances and identifying trends • Develop forecast models based on comparative performance metrics and implement improvements as the business grows • Develop business cases to support pricing decisions and create innovative strategies for cost reduction • Establish and guide restructured cost analysis using fresh policies and procedures • Work directly with VP of finance on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting • Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue, and compare and correct data to reconcile transactions • Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide managers with insights into risks and opportunities • Coordinate requirements for efficient, automated accounting to increase productivity and ensure verified backups • Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and thorough internal analysis of financial data • Strive to advance personal skill set through networking, workshops, and other educational opportunities

• Assistance to the Investment Team members in managing Regional Office’s investees and loan portfolios • Provide administrative and logistical support to help maintain and manage regional operations • Perform market/industry research • Assist colleagues in country and other risk analysis • Prepare fund management reports and create investor reports • Collect, analyze, and store operational, financial, and ESG information of investees • Track market systems, investees, and their performance • Prepare parts of investment proposals • Assist in periodical analytical reviews and credit risk assessment of the outstanding investments • Handle closing transactions, loan disbursement, and follow-ups • Assist in planning, preparing, and participating in due diligence, and draft reports • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on country risks and mitigation factors • Analyze macroeconomic, political, legal, regulatory, market, and other risks • Aid in the disbursement of loan proceeds and collection of legal documents • Help manage covenants and risk reports • Complete KPI reports and assist with internal and external reporting • Gather information for audits of managed funds • Assist the Investment Team by performing portfolio analysis • Maintain relationships with investees, colleagues, and third parties • Contribute to developing internal tools and procedures
