Job Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in sales roles or financial services
- Proven success leading advisors/advisory teams through structured decision processes
- Hands-on experience managing both protocol and non-protocol breakaways
- Deep understanding of independent advisory firms, including business models, client expectations, and common breakaway considerations
- Strong relationship-building instincts
- High energy and clear communication

Role Description We’re looking for a highly strategic, data-driven recruiting leader to scale and lead our GTM recruiting function — powering one of the most important growth engines at Nourish. As the Director of GTM Recruiting, you will lead a quickly growing team responsible for hiring across our provider-facing field sales team (“Provider Partnerships”) — including both individual contributors and sales managers. This role will report to our VP of Talent and partner closely with the executive team, GTM leadership, and RevOps to translate business goals into hiring plans, manage performance against targets, drive operational excellence, and design scalable systems to support Nourish’s next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to own one of the most important investment and growth areas for a company that’s shaping the future of healthcare. - Lead and scale the GTM recruiting team, including ICs and managers, setting clear goals, accountability systems, and coaching structures to consistently hit monthly and quarterly hiring targets - Manage recruiting performance like a sales organization, using ramp targets and activity/pipeline health metrics to drive predictable output and continuous improvement - Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership and RevOps to set and consistently execute against hiring targets - Establish data-driven management systems to monitor pipeline health, diagnose issues, and implement tactical interventions that improve velocity, quality, and conversion - Uphold a high talent bar and culture of excellence, balancing accountability with development; invest in the team’s growth and create an environment of ownership and winning together - Drive executive visibility and reporting, presenting on performance and recommendations to the leadership team on a recurring basis - Own key GTM recruiting KPIs, including hires per month, time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, and quality of hire Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in recruiting or revenue operations, including management of scaled, high-performing teams - Proven success leading high-volume recruiting functions (GTM or sales preferred), or operating in RevOps or TA Ops roles with hiring ownership - Strategic operator who can zoom out to design scalable systems, and zoom in to coach individual recruiters to consistent performance - Strong analytical and operational instincts; uses data, dashboards, and funnel metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement - Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner with executive presence and influence - Competitive, outcomes-driven mindset with the persistence and creativity to identify and close top talent Requirements Please note that you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
