This role will support project and program leaders across multiple active workstreams, including Voice AI studio projects as well as Physical AI, Computer Vision, image, egocentric, and video data collection programs. The Assistant Project Manager will help drive day-to-day coordination, tracking, communication, and operational follow-through, while learning the fundamentals of project delivery in complex collection environments. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, eager to learn, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and able to support both structured workflows and fast-evolving operational needs.
