Astro Sirens LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that support strategic business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and deliver scalable data science solutions. This position requires strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building and deploying models in production environments, and communicating analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying and working with structured and large-scale datasets
  • Proven experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments
  • Solid foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and feature engineering
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment while operating within U.S. time zones
  • Preferred experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed processing frameworks
  • Preferred familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Preferred experience with natural language processing, including text classification, sentiment analysis, or related NLP applications
  • Preferred experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Preferred exposure to MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and lifecycle management
