This role is responsible for managing inbound employee and customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues through collaboration with internal teams. The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for service-related communications and plays an important role in maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Working in a remote environment, the ideal candidate will be comfortable utilizing multiple systems and communication tools to track, manage, and resolve service tickets. This role contributes directly to client service delivery by ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and consistent follow-through on customer needs.
