Sales Development Representative - (Turkish-Language) -Remote

This is a pure sales role focused on new business development and pipeline generation. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in sales, particularly those comfortable with proactive outreach and target-driven environments. Key Responsibilities - Identify new business opportunities and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) - Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sales activity, including phone calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging - Own early-stage prospect engagement and secure qualified sales appointments for senior sales teams - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, including activity logging, account updates, and lead qualification notes - Track, measure, and report daily sales activity and performance against targets - Work closely with Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams to support pipeline growth - Continuously learn, apply, and help improve lead qualification and sales processes - Consistently meet and exceed monthly qualified lead and activity quotas Important Note This is not a customer service or account management role. It is a target-driven, outbound sales position requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 2 + years sales experience in selling the latest IT technologies, solutions and service.
  • Hard worker and willing to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Experience in cold outreach, LinkedIn and new business prospecting
  • Competitive, driven and a team player who is willing to succeed
  • Software/technology aptitude, including CRM and sales engagement applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Must speak Turkish

Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Serve as a pivotal data analytics and insights partner to sales and marketing leaders, aiding them in managing end customer compliance and achieving strategic financial priorities. - Develop the tools and reporting necessary to manage business unit data, reporting, and analytics tools related to price and compliance management. - Evaluate performance reporting and execution analytics, aligning efforts with outcomes. - Conduct thorough analysis of data at all levels—national, area, region, territory, and portfolio—to enhance market strategy and support sales force compliance efforts. - Support the development of processes to objectively assess price and compliance effectiveness, reporting monthly and quarterly and annual effectiveness of metrics. - Prepare dashboards and metrics for quarterly management reviews. Support needs-based data analytics and insights generation to deep dive business performance. - Proactively identify opportunities for business performance improvements and collaborate with other disciplines such as Finance/Pricing, Marketing, IT, Contacts, Operations, Global Commercial Office, etc. - Engage with customers to implement price and compliance related actions and strategies.
