You'll work with large, diversified IT resellers, covering innovative SMEs to global Blue Chip corporations and government entities, to deliver cutting-edge infrastructure solutions that support the next generation of technology, including AI compute chipsets, high-performance computing, and White Space IT hardware / services offerings. What You'll Sell (And Why It Matters): Mission-Critical Hardware: 1-phase and 3-phase UPS systems, advanced rack and row-based cooling (air and liquid), power distribution, and intelligent IT management solutions Innovative Software: Power and thermal management control, remote access systems, visualization platforms, and protocol interfaces for IT/facilities/DCIM/BMS integration Value-Added Services: Extended warranty, commissioning, maintenance, and full-spectrum project management for critical infrastructure environments YOUR IMPACT Drive Revenue & Build Partnerships - Create and execute high-impact Business Growth Plans with managed resellers, setting ambitious targets and smashing sales KPIs - Own the relationship from strategy to execution, becoming the trusted advisor your partners can't live without - Negotiate and close complex deals through effective deal registration, SPR management, and channel conflict resolution Enable & Empower Your Partners - Elevate partner capabilities through frequent customer visits, technical enablement sessions, and collaboration with Vertiv Application Engineers - Lead promotional campaigns, marketing plans, product launches, technology workshops, and seminars that position your partners as market leaders - Champion Vertiv's Partner Program, driving adoption of our Partner Portal and cutting-edge configurator tools Strategic Account Management - Conduct site surveys and scope customer requirements with precision - Manage the full Quote-to-Order process, leveraging Vertiv's configuration tools and Application Engineering team to deliver winning proposals - Master CRM excellence, providing accurate pipeline management and forecasting that drives business intelligence - Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews that showcase your strategic impact WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT FIT Your Track Record Speaks Volumes: - 5+ years of exceptional channel development and management experience with a proven track record of over achieving sales targets - Deep expertise in the UK & Ireland IT reseller landscape, including IT Distribution, VARs, System Integrators, and white space ecosystem players - Bachelor's degree in technology or business with demonstrated business acumen Your Skills Set You Apart: - Exceptional relationship builder with outstanding people management capabilities - Compelling communicator with excellent presentation skills (in-person and virtual) - Strategic thinker who can develop and execute complex business plans with urgency and precision - Data-driven decision maker experienced with PowerBI and advanced reporting tools - Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration Bonus Points For: - Experience in the critical power and cooling infratructure space, including data centres and enterprise verticals - Knowledge of server OEM market leaders, their technologies and go-to-market strategies - Experience in AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, or data center solutions YOUR SUCCESS PROFILE You're a driven self-starter with an unrelenting sense of urgency.
