Job Requirements
- ✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has at least one year of experience working in a U.S. probate law firm. 💼
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. 🎓
- Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. 📌
- Has proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents. 📜
- Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word. 💻
- Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
- Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡

This position will report to a Paralegal Manager. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Provides legal assistance within the US Sales Contracting organization in areas including medical device and technology sales and marketing programs and commercial sales agreements. - Assists in reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts and related documents. - Interacts with attorneys, pricing and contracting analysts, contract managers, and customers to finalize contract negotiations. - Processes legal requests in a timely manner in accordance with Medtronic contracting standards and best practices. - Collaborates with other legal teams, functional leaders and operating units to support improvement and harmonization of contracting processes and systems. - Triages issues presented to the US Sales Contracting organization, meets with internal contracting and business clients, and provides direction and escalation as needed. - Partners with other subject matter experts across a global, matrixed organization. - Conducts research on projects as directed by attorneys or other paralegals. - May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations. - Assists internally in analyzing documents. - Participates in other projects as assigned or as needed.
