Paradigm is seeking a full-time, remote Clinical Resource Manager. The Clinical Resource Manager holds accountability for supporting the growth of clinical resources to provide case management through recruitment, development, and identifying necessary training needed for delivery of case management for all products of Paradigm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Facilitate, in collaboration with Talent Acquisitions, Human Resources, and Clinical and Case Management Solutions Leadership, prioritization/escalation of all open clinical case management positions - Identify necessary development plan for current and new clinical case management positions in order to ensure appropriate knowledge base for indicated Paradigm products - Lead the interviewing process for all clinical case management positions in collaboration with Talent Acquisitions, Human Resources, and Clinical and Case Management Solutions Leadership providing a standardized summary following all interviews with clear recommendations to Clinical and Case Management solutions Leadership and Director of Workforce Development to facilitate the next steps of hiring process - Lead the application and interviewing process with new network businesses, individual network manager candidates and others as requested for contracted network partners - Define and document all development plans for Clinical and Case Management team members to be monitored and carried out by Network Development Specialist, Professional and Clinical Education team and Clinical and Case Management Solutions operations to ensure competency for all Paradigm products - Provide handoff with Network Development Specialist, Professional and Clinical Education team and Clinical and Case Management Solutions operations to carry on defined development plans for all new and existing clinical case managers to facilitate learning clearly defined in the written learning plan and shared with clinical case manager and operations team leaders - Act as a liaison between CRIU and Clinical and Case Management Solutions for referral placement and file transfers for all Risk products and assist in the facilitation of placement of all referrals and transfers - Maintain line up rotations - Assist in determining capacity limits and evaluate potential risk of limitations to current clinical case management team and coordinate with operations to ensure coverage of all geographical locations - Communicate risks/needs and monitor for trigger points for additional resource needs in collaboration with operations - Collaborate with operations to provide employed and network capacity planning with ongoing updates/monitoring to ensure adequate resources for all products in all locations - Participates in the selection committee including presentation and summary of candidates and recommendations and development plan shared with committee - Act as subject matter expert to develop and contribute to content development -NWM Role-development teams, bulletin committee, special assignments etc. - Manage and execute retention strategies for Employed NWM’s and report findings on regular basis - Support Case Management Solutions in retention efforts - Lead and execute annual business partner touchpoints including escalation of concerns as appropriate and ongoing cultivation of working relationships QUALIFICATIONS: - Education - Bachelor’s degree in Health related field. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) preferred with active, unrestricted licensure. - Experience – Minimum 7 years experience in the management of catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions, demonstrated knowledge of case management services provided for catastrophically injured individuals with CCM certification required. Through knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, case management, public and private resources required. Prior experience with recruiting, candidate selection and training preferred. Prior experience with mentoring, skill development, and teaching the adult learner. - Language Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex material for training and utilize negotiation/conflict resolution skills to resolve issues. - Computer Literacy- Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of the Internet, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel and other tools/programs utilized for distance learning and webinar presentations. - Reasoning Ability - Ability to learn new processes quickly. Ability to analyze workflow and make recommendations for changing processes (e.g., simplifying) as appropriate. - Legal – Awareness of jurisdictional regulations impacting patient care management, confidentiality and return to work. • Helps plan the overall course (course route, obstacle location, access roads, Medical routes) and guide the racer experience with management team(RD,CM,RPM) • Participate in design review calls for their races, and course revisions during the planning process. • Course managers attend the full cycle and assist Race Director/Construction Manager in spotting obstacles. • With minimal direction, sufficiently marks a course using marking tape and directional arrows based on Race Director guidelines and an existing course design. • Ensures the core product of Spartan Race (the course) is built within company guidelines for mileage, throughout, challenge, and safety. • Takes creative liberties to enhance the racer experience leveraging existing unique terrain. • Provide direction to build crew on flow of obstacles. • Gets Course GPS, prior to race day. • Make adjustments to make sure the course distance is within proper race Specs. • Manages Course Support Staff and volunteers to help finish all course marking within the given timeframe. • Addresses any course issues on race day, being proactive about searching for problems before they happen. • Manages all Course Operations personnel including pre-runners, elite racer tracking, course sweepers, and course scrubs. • Help create course closure/course cut off plan. • Assist Race Director in developing and executing contingency and inclement weather plans. • Course tours for medical personnel.
• Handle L2 escalations from the Global Service Desk involving VDI access, performance issues, profile problems, and connectivity for AVD and Vmware VDI. • Perform troubleshooting following standard procedures and escalate to L3 engineers when necessary. • Support application delivery and user configuration issues across the VDI platform. • Assist in the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of VDI host pools, session hosts, application groups, and workspaces. • Perform routine checks on virtual machines, patches, and session host health in both AVD and AVS environments. • Support User & VDI provisioning and access management activities through Azure, VMware, and Active Directory. • Contribute to updating and maintaining Golden Images by applying patches, installing applications, and preparing images under L3/L4 guidance. • Perform validation testing before image deployment. • Monitor system dashboards and alerts to identify potential issues early. • Perform basic capacity and performance checks, reporting findings to senior engineers for review. • Follow established security practices and support compliance initiatives within the VDI environment. • Apply security updates to session hosts and virtual machines as directed. • Maintain accurate documentation for troubleshooting steps, standard procedures, and user-facing knowledge articles. • Update internal support documentation as system changes occur. • Work with GSD and other resolver teams to help coordinate issue resolution. • Support implementation tasks during infrastructure improvements or minor project-related changes under L3/L4 guidance.
