Using their own proprietary framing system, homes are delivered through a national network of registered builders and owner-builders. As demand for our homes continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department by managing new enquiries and qualifying prospective clients to maximize sales conversion rates. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is central to ensuring every project begins smoothly. You will be responsible for managing, screening and qualifying enquiries, ensuring all required information is captured and that prospective clients are ready to progress into the design phase. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will screen & qualify incoming enquiries to ensure prospective clients align with our offering and have the necessary information & understanding of our process to progress into the design phase confidently. This position is central to maintaining a well-structured and efficient sales pipeline, ensuring the Sales Team is focused on qualified clients who are ready to move forward with their project. Key Responsibilities - Manage all enquiries, sending standard response emails and information to clients at each stage of the enquiry process. - Develop a strong understanding of the House product offering and internal processes to effectively engage with prospective clients and respond to initial enquiries via email. - Undertake pre-screening of all “Ready Now” leads to ensure site conditions and project requirements align with House design principles and offering. - Maintain and manage client records within our CRM system (Monday.com) and Dropbox filing systems, setting up new client profiles and ensuring all information is accurate, complete and well organized. - Follow up with clients to collect any outstanding information required to progress their project. - Prepare and issue Client Proposals in accordance with internal processes. - Maintain accurate, structured & up-to-date records to support an organized and efficient sales pipeline. - Track and manage enquiry pipeline stages, ensuring leads are appropriately categorized, followed up and progressed through the sales process to maximize enquiry-to-client conversion rates. - Assess enquiry quality and prioritize high-value leads, ensuring the Sales Team focuses on clients most likely to proceed with their project. - Identify opportunities to improve enquiry management, onboarding systems and internal sales processes to support the continued growth of the business. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone who: You are someone who thrives on organization, systems and attention to detail. You enjoy making processes run smoothly and ensuring teams have the information they need to succeed. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks, maintaining structured workflows and keeping information accurate and well organized across systems. You will likely have experience in sales administration, client onboarding, project coordination or operations support, and enjoy supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
