• Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to conversion and long-term retention. • Optimize your sales funnel through disciplined activity, structured testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up. • Act as a senior consultant to our external partners, helping them unlock incremental growth through our high-tech solutions. • Combine analytical rigor with exceptional interpersonal skills to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Industry and Domain Experience: 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and build high-level customer relationships.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.
- Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in both English is mandatory, as this role requires seamless communication with international teams and partners. Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage.

Your Compensation… Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $97,847 -$165,707.
